Concierge Services

Imaging Concierge Service (ICS) is a unique service we developed to help you all the way through the medical imaging process. We help you make an informed choice and provide you with the opportunity to sit down with our Board Certified Radiologist to review your images and discuss your results.

How does the concierge service work?

• Contact our helpful staff to answer questions and schedule an appointment.
• Our concierge dedicated staff will review your case with our Board Certified Radiologist to make sure you are getting the best possible imaging service.
• We confirm your appointment.
• At the time of your appointment, you will meet with our radiologist who will oversee the exam and review the images with you in the room, once everything is complete.

Potential Edit: At the time of your appointment, you will meet with our radiologist who will oversee the exam. Upon completion, the doctor will review the images with you in person and answer all questions in detail.

How long does it take?

• The typical imaging exam usually lasts between 15-45 minutes.
• Please plan for time to check in and prepare the equipment. This could add up to 30 minutes.
• We are conscientious of your time and will do our best to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

How does my doctor get the results?

• The interpretation is done by a board certified radiologist, a medical doctor, who generates a report within 24-48 hours, faster if requested.
• The report is automatically sent to your doctor and kept in our records for safekeeping.
• Our radiologists make themselves available for any questions or further clarification at any time.

Do I get a copy of my images?

• Yes, you are welcome to get a copy of your images on a CD/DVD at the time of your examination at no additional cost.
